sammimitsu I dont think they look like average 50+ They deserve more credit then that-lol Plus we only see Madonna under very controlled conditions......Take her photo shop away, digital video manipulation, live lighting, shades, & hand/forearm covers away as well & we might just find that she is simply human. All good, age gets us all.....

I met Kevin and Oliver at the first show of the Blonde Ambition Tour (where the dancers got to invite their friends) at the Disney Studio. I also met Slam, Gabriel, Niki, Donna and Madonna. The show was amazing, and meeting all these folks (who I recognized from the Vogue video, which had only been on MTV for like a week or two) was un-real, to say the least.

I am a conservative man from Texas. Many generations. Ranchers and football players. We have a friend in the family who we love as a family member although he is not blood. He is a Texan to. He is very flamboyant and very expressing as a homosexual. He knows how straight I am and my sons. We love him so much. I consult with him on a daily basis. I care for him as I would one of my blood brothers. Wonderful person and a wonderful human. I would lay my life down for this great example of a human.

I believe some of the dancers sued Madonna was because they actually were not payed for being in the Film Truth or Dare. They just got payed for the tour. The rest chose not to because they thought it would ruin there relationship with Madonna. As you see and hear none of them have a relationship with her now and for a long time. I would've sued also. The woman is worth close to a Billion dollars. You telling me she couldn't have sent them a check individually for Truth or Dare. It still making money today. Just my opinion.

I should have signed up that day... You took the time out of taking a break from your class to brief me about the dance class schedules... I had just bought some ice cream and needed to get home before it melted... You guys are looking great! you should connect with a major dance competition show as judges... Hope to see more of you in the future... Thanks for showing your iconic talents in a time if history when the world was breaking free!

In Europe the documentary was called ”In bed with Madonna”. So it always confused me as a kid when I found out the title for the documentary in the States was ”Truth or dare”, because I had heard it was called the land of free and to me it made no sense to censor it especislly because it was just because it was seemed to be explicit with the sex stuff.

Actually the first one to "vogue" was dancer/actress Cyd Charisse in a 1953 film called The Bandwagon. The number was called Two Faced Woman and Miss Charisse vogued her way through the number using a scarf as a prop. It wasn't as modern as the 1980's vogue, but it certainly had the same concept... using a series of poses to tell a story.

@frank nitty, Resilience is something that narcissists have no issue with producing as they don't authentically care about most others. I am a veteran of and know several people in the music industry *who have worked with her* and the consensus is that she is a malignant narcissist who *uses people* as stepping stones.
@dinavienna
@dinavienna 4 жыл бұрын
@@OakleyANDSittingBull well the truth is many people practically born for the spotlight are like that.. i enjoy Sinatra's singing, but when he belts out my way I can't help but feel a little ambiguous. The girl he threw through a club's glass front and other instances. You see someone like Sinatra or Madonna stand as a tiny human on a big stage in a stadium and that superhuman confidence they exude from every pore of their being - that wouldn't be possible wihtout at least having narcissistic traits, or being a full blown narcissist. With being a narcissist comes having no empathy for others, ever. In a sense it's light and shadow that comes with this intense charisma. I'm not surprised people tell that about her, and I think it's to be expected when seeing her. That does not mean she is not absolutely captivating and special and one of a kind. Rather, it comes with the package.

So what if Madonna felt hurt, she should have followed their contracts, just like when she signs a contract, you would expect when it comes to business thats how it should be. Interesting you admitted that, mostly because the big majority of black Americans are affiliated with the Democrat party, voted for Obama and are the ones who now love the socialism for America and are praising all the time for their "equity" by demonizing the white people everywhere today and blaming them for their lack of results in this society under the same Constitution for all. I woman approaded me once (a so called music PR, I play electric violin) and told me a story about Madonna. Apparently he bumped into her (literally) and she was carrying a tray of drinks but they ended up spashed everywhere. He realised it was Madonna and started apologising. She responded "it's just a few drinks so stop stressin!". "If I wanted I could have you shot for that!". My point is she was joking with him and it's sad he had to create a nasty Madonna story. I have heard even more ignorant stories about her. I think she is amazing and so chuffed how good Madam X is. C x.

I also saw Truth or Dare at a low point in my life...many years after its release, I wasn’t expecting to be so deeply touched by it... by it’s honesty an the freedom to live life! It made me quedtion what Was I doing with my life and why I was so afraid of so many things and wasn’t being able to grab life by the balls and just go for it!!!!

Same. But for me it happened exactly ten years later! When I came out in 9th grade; and my friends and I were so obsessed w Madonna. Her album then was ‘Music’, and the cowboy style of Don’t Tell Me was so popular, I remember… but we were obsessed with Truth or Dare too. Express Yourself, Vogue… and the whole uplifting of the dancers and Madonna with her whole “queer ally-ness” was such a part of my coming-out process, and my friends too.

it's so interesting to hear she wasn't so close to her dancers before the Blonde Ambition tour. I feel like between Who's that girl and Blonde Ambition they are both worlds apart. Her first world tour was a good concert, but nothing compared to the complete masterpiece Blonde Ambition was on stage. I wonder how she went on about other tours, she seems close with her dancers the other tours as well..

Too bad you boys can’t do it again 25 years later. Or even with out her. You guys have a special bond. That is obvious. This tour was life changing for these young rising artists. Maybe someday they can all reconnect and people will move on and realize the beautiful bond that was created and be a part of it. Yes, if it weren’t for M this never would’ve happened. But, not to be an indentured to M for LIFE......cmon now. Love is the key.
