The 1985 photon is in reality from 1994 during her Bedtime Stories era and the 2019 photo is actually from 2008.

Her recent concert videos show that her neck has disappeared. She's always had a short neck but now it's disappeared altogether. Her face doesn't match her body unfortunately. She's quite scarey looking to me.

This is an issue with people in their 20’s as well. I know someone who is just 30 and she has botox, fillers, lip injections and all I think every time she does it, is that will catch up to you one day.

Madonna looks amazing now. That Saw pic was from well over a year ago. Why not use an actual now pic from the last few months that she’s been on tour? She looks great now.

Her first facelift around 40 was excellent. She might have had a good second one without all the fillers and implants. Fillers should be done conservatively if at all. I only gone a bit in the jawline at the bone level to correct bone loss. I refuse to puff up my cheeks.

I agree, at some point her face looked great and appropriate for her age. And then it was unfortunately overdone with procedures and injections.

Why has she had so many correctional procedures on her eyelids for the ptosis? Is that normal or can the eyelid be permanently fixed for a longer term than this? Really interested to figure out if this would be a worthwhile operation!

Yes, patients who have eyelid ptosis sometimes have to have multiple surgeries to correct the issue. Sometimes the fix is permeant but sometimes touch ups are necessary.

@@drkopelman Thank you kindly for your reply. I appreciate your sincere and straightforward approach v much. I would love this op and always recognised Madonna's ptosis in my own eye, but I'm not sure I could stand multiple operations.

@@andreeniem8780 You might not need multiple operations. For you it might be 1 operation. That is the most common outcome.

@@drkopelman Thank you. You've made me feel more confident about approaching a surgeon myself. If you weren't thousands of miles away I would trust you with this operation as you have an artistic aesthetic!. I think Madonna should have gone to you as well!

Your voice is clear, no problem listening to you. Thanks for doing this video, there has got to be some psychological block that doesn't allow Madonna to see herself critically. Hard to believe she wants to look as she does, I find it disturbing to see her, she used to be a unique beauty. Nicole Kidman did some freaky stuff to her face and now I wince to see her pull her duck-like lips, I used to think she was one of the most beautiful women in the world.

Unfortunately this is a very common pattern that happens with many celebrities. They want to try to go back to their youthful appearance but sometimes can distort their look completely.

Yes, up until 2019, she looked fabulous. A stunning mature version of herself, not someone else. Now, she's become a caricature. Sad.

@@RockinDaBoombox Yes, you're right, she looks a lot better now. But still puffy. She wasn't able to undo the botched works as successfully as Demi Moore.
