1 tbsp Butter
For light Sugar Syrup:
3 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Sugar
For Cream:
1/4 cup Sugar
2 cup whipping Cream
2-3 tbsp Butterscotch Syrup from step 2
yellow food Color (optional)
