We recorded this 4k ultra hd video during our trip to Madrid, Spain on July 2020.
Madrid is the capital and most-populous city of Spain. The city has almost 3.3 million inhabitants and a metropolitan area population of about 6.5 million. It is the second-largest city in the European Union (EU), surpassed only by Berlin, and its metropolitan area is the second-largest in the EU, surpassed only by Paris. As the capital city of Spain, seat of government, residence of the Spanish monarch, Madrid is also the political, economic and cultural centre of the country.
Our guided walking tour is about 6.21 miles (10 km) long, starts at Sun Gate Square (Puerta del Sol), ends at El Retiro Park and covers most attractions and historic sites of Madrid.

One suggestion, to add some more inside of the city you visit, can you spend some time in window shopping, I’m sure there is some interesting stores and restaurants, “the city life” , also I think it will be ok to have sounds of the city as it is, after all if you are walking, that’s you will hear. Thanks for your channel, it help us travel to remote places in this pandemia.

I had a 6 day holiday in Madrid, with a day trip to Toledo! I can honestly say, that I should have done it the other way round.

I spent a few days in both cities and let me honestly tell you, 6 days in Toledo is too many. It's a beautiful city but it's not too big a city, nor does it have so many things to do to justify spending 6 days there. However imho, in Madrid 6 days are justified. A matter of taste, I guess ...

It really is, I live here but those streets are usually fuller, 50% of the people that go to the center are tourists and now we dont have many, they are normally the busiest places in the city

The plaza Isabela II; we did not see her statue! The Royal Palace is huge and beyond majestic and incredibly beautiful/ gorgious! I love Madrid, I love the Spanish people, I love the King and Queen and their 2 wounderful and beautiful deaughters. 💖 I pray Jesus Christ and The Virgin Mary Mother of God keeps Blessing them🙏

Don't worry about not seeing Isabel II statue. On the other hand Felipe IV statue in Plaza de Oriente (Oriente square) 21:30 is a must. Casted by Pietro Tacca on a drawing by Velázquez himself and none other than Galileo Galilei did the math.

Thanks for the walk! Been there in 2015. Lovely city. The only unpleasantly strange thing about Madrid was (and apparently this hasn't changed much) how extremely few benches there are in the streets. Oftentimes I found myself sitting on some steps or curbs to have a rest. Hopefully this will improve with time. Again thank you for your uploads! Keep it going!

Síp. Ciudad de Méjico es un ejemplo para el mundo. Cuando piensas en una ciudad limpia, ordenada, segura, con un tráfico fluido y un sistema de trasporte público eficiente, no contaminada y sin infravivienda enseguida Ciudad de Méjico te viene a la cabeza.

It seems that you went in summer; In summer, many things stop working throughout Spain, especially the main monuments, because people go on vacation. That's why all most places are close, and there are fewer people in the city

Madrid is much better than Barcelona. Barcelona is a city in decline (chaos, political, social and economic instability, delinquency, dirt in the streets, high taxes, etc, etc.). In fact, Madrid is more developed than Barcelona. The only good thing about Barcelona is the coast (the sea).

How about the unique Gaudi architecture or the fact that it's much older or the fact that it is such a well planned city full of huge wide boulevards? Madrid has a far superior infrastructure, restaurants, bars ,shopping, museums and streetlife. Lots of beautiful classical architecture and is much bigger and economically richer.
