It's because they're filming. Many places are not clean at all, especially the only delivery type of restaurants. The health department finally caught up with one restaurant which seemed like they never cleaned anything in the kitchen (including cutting boards & knives) for well over a year. There was also a well-known kimchi company that got shut down for using spoiled cabbages. I no longer eat out at random street food restaurants especially when they're cooking by the street.

@@komaru20 A kitchen not maintained well can never look that clean. If you lack cleaning a kitchen over time, you get stains and damage that you can never revert without a complete remodel, so that is difficult to believe. I do believe that a lot of kitchens will not be this clean, as that is in every country, but I do not believe in the slightest that all these kitchens have been cleaned just for the videos.

맛은 둘째치더라도 매우 청결하고 재료 또한 신선하니까 먹고 싶은 갈망이 솟구쳐 오르네요.. 고기 다루는 장갑 도마 칼이 따로 있고 야채 다루는 도마 장갑 칼이 따로 구분되어서 좋습니다.. 요리 기술도 수준급이네요..

He put mushrooms and onions after the meat wtf. Beef is a really fast cooking meat. So whether the beef is too cooked whether the sides are raw....

Verry good chi 1 chiếc xe rất nhỏ a sắp xếp moi thứ rất gọn gàng. Sạch sẽ còn hơn ca nhà hàng.thưc ăn chế biên sach sẽ chuyên nghiệp đấy nhưng miếng thịt beefteak của Hàn cắt ra nhỏ quá nhỉ

올리브유 종류도 다양합니다 올리브유 농도가 진한 종류에 올리브유를 불쇼하시면 올리브유는 끓는점이 낮기때문에 심하게 타버리는 경우가 생기고 맛이 탄맛과 쓴맛이 생길수도 있기때문에 조리과정에 유의하시길 바랍니다...

The pans you used looks like PTFE coated, which should not be used at high temperature. The olive oil is not good in high temperature cooking as well.

음식, 위생에 대해 배운다고 배우고, 공부하고, 많은 부분들에 시간을 투자하고 있으며, 여느 식당 이상에 관리를 하고 일일 장사 전,후로 소독, 세척하고 있습니다. 진공포장기사용, 냉장고, 아이스박스등에 온도계 부착으로 상시 온도 체크하고 코팅웍을 사용하기에 코팅손상정도를 확인 1~2일에 3개정도의 웍을 사용하고 있었고, 이 웍사용은 온도 200도 이내 사용가능이라는 내용을 토대로 사용하였으나 토치를 통한 화기의 직접적인 사용부분을 간과한 부분이 있었고, 웍의 무게 및 화구형태등에 효율적이라 판단하였으나 이후 주신 정보를 토대로 개선중인 사항입니다.

람보르끼니 기억납니다 예전 양주 임대아파트 단지에 금욜마다 왔었는데 그때 상호가 신기해서 먹어봤는데 꽤 맛있었음

I love the presentation the packaging and the quality of your ingredients. 11 usd is kind of expensive but with what I see I would pay it regardless to help support street vendors like you who really show love and passion in the food they cook for the public awesome job hope you succeed in everything you do.

11 usd for black Angus steak is cheap, that isn't expensive at all, that steak would be 30-50 USD in America

@@aznthy don’t overreacting,there are cheap place as well,and usually when it cost like those it come with much more professional seasoning/cooking method it’s side dishes included as well
