Demo of a Maestro USS-1 Universal Synthesizer System. These were designed by Tom Oberheim when he worked for Maestro. One of the first multi-effects boxes, this unit combines his Maestro Fuzz Tone, Maestro Filter Sample/Hold, Maestro Mini-Phase, Maestro Envelope Modifier and Maestro Octave Box in one unit. Killer!

These maestro boxes, in the right hands with the right amount of creativity could have made some really cool ass tunes. It almost seems like people didn't appreciate the technology at the time, especially with someone like Tom Oberheim over there.
