11:17 its really great how the meaning of "another Lincoln Clay" changes depending on what ending you pick for Lincoln. It can either mean 1) Lincoln who became a monster and had to be put down 2) Lincoln whose hunger drove him to become crimelord of New Bordeaux 3) Lincoln who was a victim and never found a place where he belongs

That proves the canon ending is him running the city or either Vito running the city cause Vito can't be dead cause Maguire mentions how long his file is by the time of the documentary. Cassandra can't be canon cause otherwise there would be no scenes of Father James walking around the neighborhood and can't be Burke as well cause how he changed the name of the city in his ending but Senator Blake still calls it New Bourdeaux.

09:03 - 10:02 ... just one minute, and Mafia 3’s writers go into the heart of what America is going through right now. “justice and peace are hard... Sometimes too hard, so we take the easy way” By the way, its interesting how that parallels with JFK’s speech about the race to the moon and how such noble endeavour fits the American spirit, “not because its easy, but because its hard”. Its something like a foundational paradox. One the one hand, theres a nation always trying to reinvent itself, almost revolutionary in nature, eternally seeking King’s “mountaintop” as a manifest destiny. On the other it is also mired on its history, tradition, enmities and insecurities, to the point that the optimism often depicted at the nation’s foundation is transformed and perverted into an emotional immaturity and inability to accept a changing world.
