0:18 It’s a small detail, but this is what sets Vito apart from other gangsters. His military training and combat experiences in both WW2 and Empire Bay has taught him to prevent the target from escaping by approaching from multiple sides rather than just rushing in with guns blazing. I may be reading too much into this, but I just wanted to point it out

Most frustrating mission ever. Car quits working for no reason, you can rear end him, I even went under him, and nothing happens. Cars randomly jump in front of you or come to a complete stop. My wrist hurts from accelerating. And I fucking hate the guy saying the same shit over and over when you fail the mission. Edit: I did get it eventually, but it didn't seem related to anything I did. His car stopped working before mine and the other gang almost cooperated in getting killed.

BEST TIP 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 You don't have to do the chase at all. Before I met vito in his car I put down all of my proximity mines down on the road before the ramp comes and as soon as grecco drove off he hit them and blew up. Went straight to the part where you confront him lol. Did that and then the police chase starts, drive for a bit until it allows you to select the "Police Dispatcher" and 🤷🏽‍♀️ get rid of the cops. Makes it way easier trust me lol ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤

I haven't seen many videos that show this.... but after you disable Grecco, but before you actually walk up to him, you can actually RECLAIM your personal car (ie. Lincoln's 'Samson Drifter') back from Grecco. Simply walk up to the Drifter, enter it, then exit it. Then, proceed to confront Grecco..... (ie. Lincoln kicks his head to knock him out). If Vito (or you) didn't shoot out the tires during the chase to get Grecco, the Drifter will give you the FASTEST way to get away from the police (or crash, if you're a terrible diver).

Good to see I am not the only one this mission has annoyed. I failed like 5 times and turned the game off and came on here to see how someone else is doing this. I'll give it a go later or tomorrow when I have cooled off.

I literally just deleted this game for the same reason I fucking tried doing this shit like 15 times and my car tires just kept poping no matter what approach I tried for this mission , which is sad because this game was turning out to be a great distraction while waiting for my pre ordered red dead to drop but guess I was wrong when I thought 2k finally did something right ... RIP mafia 3 😢

I called for backup as soon as the chase started took minimal damage and was able to get Grieco only fired two shots. Did this after trying six times.

Lincoln gets his awesome car back. I love Lincoln’s ride. I love Mafia 3 so much but it’s such a disappointment because of its mirrors in the graphics. Also, it has glitches. The developers should of done something. In the definitive edition all they did was a slight graphics change... another disappointment. This game deserves more love and some fixes to make it truly great. It was my favorite game because of how good the story is. It brings that 60s vibes of course. The 60s rock music was a love, the cars, driving, combat. I had a blast with it. Now that the definitive edition is out, im gonna re download it, and complete the game for a 3rd time. It’s still the exact same game... all they did was SLIGHT graphics changes. The game looks a little better but it’s still the same. The developers man, they should of done much more.

But yeah the developers really could have updated the textures, and maybe even made the lighting look a bit better. Overall, I think the graphics are okay, but the chrome and some of the cars do look really weird.

ColonelBadger yeah. The lighting on some of the cars make them look like they are graphics from mafia 2 cars. The graphics in Mafia 3 are awesome. They did a little better job with them in the new Definitive edition. The cars do look weird sometimes. The damn mirrors in the graphics and the lighting. The game was a blast. The developers really could of done something. Mafia 2 was amazing... then years later we get Mafia 3 which ain’t even a Mafia. It’s about a man whose pretty much taking down a Mafia. Mafia 2 is actually Mafia because that’s what it was. Developers should of improved Mafia 3 much more that’s all I have to say for it. Other than that it was a fun one

Just to clarify just a lil more because deleting a whole game which I didn’t pay for tho may sound drastic I felt like I was loosing it or being pranked on how freaking unbelievable this mission was and than you have this guy do the car chase part with in literally a 1:45 secs into the video while I can’t even get close this guys car to even try to shoot the tires “which I tried “ 15 times before my tires get poped I mean I even called back on one of my attempts and it’s literally laughable how unreliable the cpu is when on the gamers side 😂🤦‍♂️
