Rajamouli made this film with limited budget and Ram charan 2nd film. This film made whole India look at Telugu cinema and what they can accomplish. It was a industry hit and highest grossing Telugu film at the time in 2009. That was just the beginning of Rajamouli's name resonating in India and first step towards presenting his magic to the world 🔥

Lmao! 45 crore was a huge budget in 2009. Half of the movie is cringe the other half is full of good action and vfx. So stfu! Overall Vikramarkudu is far superior.

That bridge fight scene was the coolest fight scene of that time.... It still gives goosebumps.... Specially when we see it now after Bahubali and RRR ..we can realise SS rajamouli's vision at that time which converted into these Mega blockbuster movies... Respect for that man ❤️

11:18 The director, SS Rajamouli wanted a realistic shot for "the chariot driving by itself", so rather than having a driver and painting it out in VFX, the art director took a technician who was short in height, and then hid that technician in a compartment below the structure, where, looking out from a couple of slits, he could operate the reigns. All this, because the VFX of painting out a chariot driver would have created bad visual artifacts, and would look odd in the final cut. It is these minor details that set movies like these apart from movies like Adipurush. These shots look real, because they ARE real.

Nah, they react to the entire movie in a single go, and then chop the reaction into multiple parts. However, I do agree that putting the cut in the middle of the epic fight scene was a bit dumb. They should have put the cut just at the end of the fight if they wanted.

This movie still gives me the butterflies. This kind of raw masculinity is so fricking attractive. And Ram Charan certainly has some sort of fire in his eyes. The intense looks and stares, tbe pain he shows, its just so beautiful... He and his cousin Allu Arjun are two Telegu stars I have a huge crush on. Ram Charan is simply wow.... in this movie he looked every part of a female fantasy. The famed Knight in the shining armor.

If you see the bridge fight/1v100 fight, every kill that he makes is clearly shown to us which we can count along with sherkhan. The editing and shooting of this scene is just epic ❤️❤️

I literally must have watched this movie atleast 100 times, my mom bought a gold disc ( original bluray) of this movie and he is a special child and he used to watch this everyday and used to feel inspired by the heroics.

The horse he used in this movie is Ram charan's own horse.He loves horses. I think its name is Kajal and coincidentally the name of the Female lead of this film is also Kajal. I think he owns a good number of horses. He is a polo player and also a professional horse rider.

@@gurucool_upsc650 that isn't sufficient for making a movie. What matters is dedication,vision of the director,time and patience. That is what helps to make a spectacle to be remembered. Eg. Adipurush budget 500cr Bahubali2 budget 250cr Adipurush took 2 yrs 🤣that too in that animated vfx and whereas Bahubali took 8yrs to complete. You can see the difference.

That HORSE(Badshah) is his own horse..RAMCHARAN IS THE BEST HORSE RIDER IN INDIA...Probably one of the best in the world. That horse ride and shots was truly capture without any VFX...HE IS BEST DANCER, BEST HORSE RIDER, FITNESS FREAK,BEST ACTOR...What not....he is the most loved and humbled hero in INDIA...RAMCHARAN 🔥🔥
