Glasgow have a neat solution to pot-holes, people spray-paint cock-n-balls around them. The council fix them pretty quickly. I don't think this would work here, so many cans of spray paint! I think the council are saving money on adding speed bumps by simply not repairing the roads. Other side of the coin: our council have been de-funded by central government because we currently have a labour council.
