i did this and had to level normally til 13 so i could get regen (level 16 mobs in loch modan). i also had competition on crabs the whole time so i'm at 14 hours at level 20

did 10 hours to level 20, no experience and died a lot. Also horde side so aquired living bomb at lvl 16. I didnt count time past 20 cause i did end game preparations.

I was doing it like that, living bomb on every one, and at last mob - living bomb, living flame, reg. Sometimes it autoregens, sometimes it's not. Maybe I didnt understood regen thing quite good.

Damage from Living flame triggers the healing affect from regeneration. You get healed for each mob it hits. @@AaronBlack547

100% have been nerfed, only 4 crabs every minute they only respawn when killed.

I just did this and was getting 5-6 crabs every pull non-stop

@youwalrus123 I don't think your reply really makes sense. You're saying as you get more armor, it gets worse. That's why we take more armor? There are comparible options in the frost tree that give similar armor (the frost armor talent) and other effects.

There isnt much better to take for this bracket, for the 25-40 bracket maybe u dont take it but not like there is much better. With the bigger pulls ur often dipping very low. Ive found myself below 10 HP several times. Even if the talent was only recuding the auto damage by 1 per attack, that will probably save your life more often than you realize. Considering you are chain pulling 6-10 mobs constantl, it may not save ur life every time but it could help. Talents for 25 are meh atm.

@@KallTorak For the final point, I've been debating taking Elemental Precision in frost. Living Flame resists are annoying, and anything to reduce the resist rate should be good? What are your thoughts

@@cat44xfrom my experience farming mobs 26-29 ranged, the ele precision talent does seem to help. I could be wrong here as I’m unsure of the math. But taking arcane meditation seems redundant as 5% mama regen isn’t going to be the difference in your pulls, whereas taking elemental precision reduces resists, therefore I believe it to be the better option

You can start doing Moss Hides at 20, but crabs are just going to be more efficient until 22 or 23. Of course, there is a lot of competition at crabs once people found out about those hyperspawns and videos like this popularized it. The problem with crabs is how hyperspawns work. The spawn might be 15 crabs, but only the last few hyperspawn. If you were out there aoe grinding the first couple weeks, you'd have the entire spawn to yourself, and the hyperspawn + natural respawn rate allowed you to get bigger pulls consistently. Now, you're going to mostly be stuck ONLY with the hyperspawn portion of the spawn. If you don't understand what this means, basically, let's say a hyperspawn has 10 mobs total in the spawn, but the hyperspawn only triggers for the last 4 mobs. This means, that when the 10 mob spawn is killed down below 4, those last 4 mobs instantly respawn. The other 6 will respawn on a normal timer.

you can pull the 4 crabs without flame, done it heaps. Just a bit more annoying. Make sure full hp though ofc.

Gotta find the hyperspawns horde side. They exist. The problem is that most of the alliance hyperspawns were mapped out by the multiboxing community in 2019, because most of the multiboxers on 2019 classic, played alliance and multiboxers were looking for ways to level quickly and easily (grinding instant respawning mobs is peak efficiency for a multiboxer). They collected all the data into a spreadsheet and if you know where to look, you can find a google sheet with most of the alliance side hyperspawns broken down by zone and level. On horde side, nothing like this happened, so the hyperspawns are more guarded.
