Novelty music specialists Yoyoy Villame and Max Surban are more than just your comedic singer-songwriters. Individually, they have done more for regional music during their prolific peak with Vicor Records than any other artists. The occasional pairing on recorded releases are a treat though, like this track entitled "Magellan Ug Lapu-Lapu" -- a fun track from Villame and Surban for sure. It's only now though that we appreciate it for what it is, one of those few instances that these giants of the genre got together on a recorded song.
