Ain't complaining but my excitement does not reach same heights as it used to be. The format change from telling a story went to sharing snippets of the day without following the idea of storytelling as it was before. Three 10 minute vids a week with good storytelling was much more interesting than incoherent snippets like now ever will be able to deliver.

Honestly the best cinematography on KZfaq. However, I feel that the only reason this channel doesn't have 14 million subscribers instead of 1.4 is because of the lack of storytelling. The vlogs are generally just you showing and displaying stuff (awesome stuff). You should throw in some storytelling, maybe about business and entrepreneurship since you're very successful in those areas as well. Maybe also about personal development and relationships?. I'd love to see that and believe that such a concept would bring the viewers even more value. Thanks!!

I agree! One beautiful tropical beach location after another, all year long: they're great, but they all start to look the same. The planning and development story behind all this can be just as interesting. Instead of just "Here's my boat/mansion/car/vacation!", tell us how & why you did it too.

Agreed, they never really explain the motive behind what they are doing, just "we are in Costa Rica". Only so long I can watch the same content with no vision or plan for us to look forward to.

I think it´s not only storytelling, those late vlogs are getting better because I feel like a little bit more engaged in what they are doing instad on just watching. I believe also that they need to do more collabs with other KZfaqrs to reach more people. But as Jon said in previous Vlogs: "I would prefer to go out with someone with whom I enjoy hanging out and doing some activitiy rathan than doing a collab just for the collab, I´m fine with the subscribers I have who are watching". I saw do many KZfaqrs comments in Jon Videos who watch him, some that now have more than 3M Subs like "Yes Theory" who came after Jon Vlogs and have grown more... maybe there´s some oportunities to see Jon/Benni in (some) thoses KZfaqrs Videos, the comment of the KZfaqrs I saw was: "Levi Allen (adventure filmmaker), "Yes Theory" (They make great stories and concept), Ryan Taylor (Adrenaline Lover, BMX, Vlogs, adventures), and Sara Dietschy (tech KZfaqr, Appel fangirl/ Vloger).

I’m from the Marcus era and I love the new less frequent uploading of vlogs since I’m working. But I have to agree with most of the comments. I can’t remember what I have watched at the end of the vlog. I’m sure that’s not the idea of a good vlog. It’s looks more like quantity prevailed over quality. Even a regular person coming from a vacation has a better story to tell without video. I get that it can be hard to keep a spontaneous vlog without forced content. But keeping one theme throughout the week in the vlog is better to follow. I mean you could have interviewed Hendrik for a few minutes about how he is able to afford this and his attitude in business. Or go to a museum and show us something about the history of this place. Anyway you have not lost me as a fan...yet :)

Go to Colorado for spring break, maybe you could go to vail so i could see you. That would be sick just seeing you walk by there are so many celebrities in vail some recognize the locals (like me) it so cool. It would be awesome just seeing you walk by. But i don’t think you will go there it sometimes gets very crowded by tourist.

People used to complain about the previous regime and they asked for the new one which works better for Olssons and for us - fans. Now when you have it, you complain again. You get two parts per week work about 20-30 minutes of perfectly edited content, I still cant understand why people complain. It can not get better than this :)

I hope you don't listen too much to all the critical comments, your vlogs are always a pleasure to watch! :) The people who are trying to tell you what to film are being a little unreasonable, you just have to live your life the way you want to, and if you feel like filming and sharing then great. I love the surf footage btw, even though I'm not into surfing it's super nice to watch :)
