I am already doing that from past one month.. In night I write down all my gratitude and in the morning as soon as I wake up my first thought is gratitude for being alive.. I am just sharing to everyone here, keep doing & keep practicing of the Awesome AJ techniques, and listen the positive songs and music, really can change our mood and thinking. Thank you universal, thank you Awesome AJ, is really a faith to follow your videos. Before that, i felt so sad everyday cause my beloved one always ignored me, although i went to his city to see him ( we are living in different city), i texted him and he just ignored my message. After that i so depress wanted to meet him, and keep text him but he just keep quiets there. But when i saw Aj video, used his technique, and started thinking positive thoughts, my beloved one texted me said Thank you for all my gifts to him, i am a good girl. Is working well, although now he is quiet again, but i know he just watching up on me, cause i know he feels i am changing my personality and my energy is higher now ( I used to text him many negative messages likes u are so bad and blamed him ignored me...etc). Yes, yes, yes! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you...you are transform my life. I not feel negative anymore. Instead i feels so grateful everyday! and i help my friend to change his negative thoughts now. We can do it when we are believing our-self energy.

222 comments.... +1 of mine. Woke up today and thank God i watched this video just before dozing off. As soon as i opened my eyes, I was kinda hearing AJ sirs voice saying "think positive... Think of all the good things u have around u. Be grateful". I dont know how many would believe, but I heard this. From then I started diverting mind to all positive thoughts, first being that I am alive. Must say, day started off really well. Mind is (after long time) truly happy, that too effortlessly. This is my first comment on any of your videos. And I have to say this. I've so far been just listening to your videos for the last one week, whenever I get time. The funny thing is, that I don't know how I bumped into your first video. I wasn't searching for anything to do with any dream, wish, technique, nothing. I was just searching for music to download on my phone. It was a funny moment. Since then I've been listening but not doing anything. It's suddenly now that I felt that the Universe is pushing me to you for a reason it knows best. And I need to stop listening and watching, and start practising a few things, to know why I was suggested your channel. I'm sure I will get an answer to this. My life isn't particularly pathetic or great, but I feel this drive from within and it's been increasing terribly since the past one year and I've made many improvements. Last night I booked my tickets for Kumbh Mela, and I'm just feeling that something is happening and you're part of it. I just wanted to say this to you. I will have you in my thoughts tonight as I sleep and I know we will have a connection of some sort. Thank you for being you. I will let you know specifics once I figure out what specific things I want to manifest. For now, I will just consciously spend my first morning minutes with more mindfulness so thank you for the reminder. Love and peace.
