Thanks David for the review. I personally would learn one or two routines that i like and can remember and perform whenever. It fries my small brain with so much teaching, i like to use a pack for so long then move on to the next trick. But wow, this certainly packs a punch.

That's what I've done with the Spidey's "A. B. See" deck. After I got the alphabet/picture connection down I stick to one 'though of picture' routine. The thing with the Craig Petty decks is he gives you like 9,000 routines....😎 (And, yes I get most of them.)

OK, mine just came in yesterday and I've been playing around with it, and I'd say it's worth every cent and then some. It's a real Swiss-army knife of a mentalism utility deck with lots of possibilities. Only downside for me is that I'm not a huge fan of some of the routines, but my god, it's more than balanced out by all the other instruction and ideas, plus the deck has so many features that it can be adapted for lots of other things, especially if you do mem-deck work and are comfortable keeping track of groups of numbers. I can already see that the non-AK cards would be much easier to memorize because they're pegged to numbers, so just with that you've got an additional (and repeatable) drawing duplication/mind-reading demo. Really looking forward to the stuff I can come up with!

Hi David! The cards with the motifs are beautiful and visually very appealing and are certainly a successful change from normal playing cards. Normally I would buy it. But unlike Spidey's AB.SEE (I know it's different, but to mention this as an example of a Mentalism deck with motifs), the Infinity deck doesn't appear to be international and compatible with other languages - at least not fully and therefore it is unfortunately not possible to exploit the full potential. The routine shown in the official trailer: The spoken wording or the connected syllables only make sense if they match the motifs. For example, a bee is equated with “BE” - which of course works in English. I'm German and a bee wouldn't work. Neither do the other words. I'm sure that unfortunately it won't work in other languages either. Also some cards have english words on it ... The question is: How many Infinity Deck routines are actually completely independent of language barriers?
@magicorthodoxy

it still works as a forcing deck and a esp desk - so maybe 1/2 ????

Great question. Only 9 of the 56 cards are English language specific. And only 1 of the 26 routines taught uses those cards. Leaving you with 47 cards and at minimum 25 other routines to choose from and an infinite amount more than you can create too. 🙂

An "examinable enough" K type setup is a great idea. IMO the best trick I've seen from this is the ultra clean mind reading you can get for 4 people. The big finish about influence is great too. I'm just not sure how I'd fit it with my character. It's also very inexpensive for what it is. It's too bad (but understandable) that there's not 5 or so totally different decks so that it could be done over and over at events.

@@magicorthodoxy Thanks! Yeah, watching Craig's channel where he explains everything, I have to say it looks amazing. Gonna have to take the plunge. My main thing these days is mem-deck work so this would fit in very nicely. I could also alternate it with Snaps and some other picture decks for variety. I normally _hate_ K decks (the only time I used one the spec immediately noticed), but this is very well disguised.

Didn’t like this deck at all. Watched Loyd Barnes perform it on his wife and the second phase of the basic routine just felt so long and convaluted that I suspect the spectator would get bored. Too much going on. Evoke is still the best deck Craig has brought out. Mind Blox was just awful.

Thanks for the feedback. Every routine in the Infinity Deck is entirely modular, with 26 routines taught on the project. From fast paced openers, to more in involved routines to suit longer performance opportunities. So if you weren’t a fan of one trick, you can just do something else in place of it. 🙂 Evoke is great too!
