Great collection! I'm hoping for a 2.0 of Cliffjumper, Prowl, Bluestreak, Blaster, Hoist, and Red Alert since I missed out on them. Hopefully Magic Square will also finish the Ark crew soon to go along with the newly teased Dinobots.

Thanks… I hope we will get a 2.0 Cliffjumper (grey foearms), Blaster (taller), Hoist (white feet), etc… but we really need a Wheeljack, Sunstreaker, Brawn, etc… (Ark crew, like you said)… we will get there (eventually)… it’s just hard patiently waiting - lol…

strongly recommend ms wreck gar, which is very fun to tranform. i kinda like their plastic touches that are with a safe feeling to play with. i can say that magic square and new age have different strategies.

Yeah, we can use a Wreck-Gar… but I think other characters are more important to MS right now… I agree with you on the plastic MS uses… it does secure the transformation… and I agree that MS and NA have different strategies… I think NA is out to milk as much $$$ as they can… whereas MS seems focused on quality of the figures…

Great set. I have a lot of those myself. I have MFT Blaster as my fit in with all my magic square bots. Taking your advice on the New age figures as fit ins as well 👍. Can't wait for magic square to put out the rest like you said. Oh also I decided to put in Jinbao Optimus in place of magic square bcuz he scales so much better with the rest.

Thanks! For the most pat MS looks great, but Cosmos and Bedachcomber… … and your decision to use Jinbao OP lin place of MS sounds good, in terms of scale… I think OP should be a little taller

Newage don't really fit with magic square, they're a smidge smaller scale-wise and that stands out a lot if they're stood together, Iron Factory is a better fit proportionally.

Idk why but I really want to collect them all! I just love the G1 cartoon and I just can’t deside of Siege Earth Rise and Kingdom line or this one it’s just to Hard to chose!

I’ve thought about over and over again… and for me… I’ve decided on Magic Square (and NewAge) over Maine Retail (Siege, Earth Rise, Kingdom, Legacy, Studio Series)… because… Magic Square (and NewAge) will deliver Cartoon accuracy… Hasbro… (Mainline Retail)… is alway a hit and miss… and you just have to settle and accept what they give you… (not happy with that)… However… their transformation design is much simpler and easy to transform… which makes their figures fun to play with… Magic Square figure are more sophisticated… with complex transformation designs… which frustrate collectors… … … But for me… since I am already invested in both… I am collecting all of G1 characters from both companies… including NewAge and even Masterpiece… BUT… if I could start all over… I would collect on Magic Square or NewAge… (like many other collectors have said)… I hope this helps some… go G1

Thanks… and YES… all Magic Square figures are smaller than Masterpiece… except for the Masterpiece scaled Optimus Prime…

Good question! I thought about that too… including FansToys and DX9… Omega should be HUGE… and I think any one of them would scale very well…

How much do these cost roughly a piece? Are there decepticons and combiners?

The prices vary… base on the size… and accessories…. ROUGHLY… $45+ to $80+… And there are Decepticon… and Combiners (Devastator, Menasor, and Bruticus)…
