Guys, I can't stop. I'm so obsessed with all things magic square right now! Everytime a new figure is released or reviewed, it takes me back to my childhood. Like that last scene in Ratatouille. Thanks, Kato, for letting me time travel today.

almost quit on this transformation but kept putting it down and picking it up again and again and finally got it. it was frustrating and fun at the same time. took about a week. lol

I got the New Newage Ratchet the other day and he is great, I definitely want this guy too as Ratchet is one of my Favorite characters

I really Wish these 3erd Party companies made Upscaled versions that fit in with the WFC line & stuff, this Looks Way better then Earthrise & the coming SS 86 one

I love this little guy. I have used DX9's Ironhide and Ratchet (which was decent for the time). MS's take on those characters will take it's place. I love the transformation though it is fiddly with the tiny parts to unfold.....unfortunately my Ratchet didn't come with the red lights that plug in at the top of vehicle mode =(

Worth a shot. They seem to be pretty customer focused. Worse case scenario, they recommend you go through the retailer

From the thumbnail I thought this was the Hasbro Core class Ratchet, but they would never use the Red Cross. The figure looks alright. Thanks for the review.

They're both going for a G1 look so I guess that makes sense. For the price, Core Ratchet looks okay, I suppose

@@KatosKollection I didn't even see the Magic square title on the thumbnail, I just looked at the bot, assume it was the core class Ratchet and clicked to see how bad it would be. It was a pleasant surprise to see it was Magic Square.

As someone who grew up in the 80s, I'm super biased in this opinion (trust me Bayverse fans I know...) but why are the G1 characters always so aesthetically pleasing? Maybe it's the nostalgia talking but goddamn these characters always look good in plastic form!!
