Jeff McBride's The Rainmaker - btw, highly protected legally. You can study it with him however - a 3 day intensive Master session. ($$$$)

@@davidreedbrown The trick is much older than Jeff McBride and thus unprotected, but Jeff has one of the most logical presentations.
