Are you a t roll ?? Or are you d um b? You are not supposed to keep the plant for a year. Even at the farm, cilantro is not grown for a year but only several weeks and then harvested. You are supposed to use the cut cilantro straight away after taking out of the freezer. The video says so and also says not to defrost it.

You can wrap in tissue paper or paper towel before placing in the glass jar.It's worthwhile to try out the method.But I am very skeptical about the the use of plastic.Should we really use them? Will not the roots and the cilantro absorb the plastic contaminated water or the odour? Please clarify .I will certainly try to preserve glass jars.
