The dining table seats 8, and there is seating for 2 by the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all black appliances and comes fully equipped so you can cook or heat your family meals in the home.
There is a Master King Bedroom downstairs along with 3 themed kids' rooms. Do you have a wizard in the family? A surfer? Who wants to go to infinity and beyond? The Tropical Luau Room comes with two custom bunkbeds: a VW Surfing Wagon and a Tiki Hut. The king-sized bedroom upstairs opens up to its own private balcony with romantic seating for two.
The patio has a table with seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meals al fresco. The entire pool deck is screened in and the pool is the perfect place to cool down from the bright Florida sun. A couple of sun loungers add to the leisurely mood and the safety fence can be installed to keep the little ones safe.
