See how I repurposed a chicken coop we weren't using for years into a hobby workshop for woodworking and meat processing. Join me as I venture into the unknown of making cured smoked bacon, ham and sausages. I'm excited to learn how to make smoked bacon, ham and sausage because you cannot buy cured smoked meats here in the Philippines. I'm hoping some of our KZfaq family can give me some insight of how to do this process. At the very least we can learn and have fun trying to make it happen because lord knows I so miss good meat here in the Philippines. So, I hope you will join me on my triumphs or failures on this little mission I set out on. I've always gone by the moto of it's better to have tried something and failed, than to have tried nothing and succeeded.
