Magical Magatamas Beaded Earrings and Pendant Tutorial

Materials needed for 1 piece:
3ft. of 8lb. fireline - leave 7 inch tail
size 10 beading needle
2 - earring findings I used lever backs
1 split ring or jump ring or bail for pendant
11/0 seed beads
10mm round bead
20 - long Magatamas
Superduos in 2 colors - 16 superduos of one color and 9 of another color
Materials needed for 2 pieces for earrings:
2 pieces of 3ft. of 8lb. fireline - leave 7 inch tail
size 10 beading needle
2 - earring findings I used lever backs
11/0 seed beads
2 - 10mm round beads
40 - long Magatamas
Superduos in 2 colors - 32 superduos of one color and 18 of another color
Materials needed for 3 pieces for set:
3 pieces of 3ft. of 8lb. fireline - leave 7 inch tail
size 10 beading needle
2 - earring findings I used lever backs
1 split ring or jump ring or bail for pendant
11/0 seed beads
3 - 10mm round beads
60 - long Magatamas
Superduos in 2 colors - 48 superduos of one color and 27 of another color

This set is so pretty ! As long as you remember to set the mahatma the correct way it should be pretty easy. Also with as much thread that you put through these ,they should be pretty secure. Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial with us. 😊😍💖

Beautiful design and you are a wonderful teacher. I have a very hard time learning from almost, if not all tutorials, except for yours. I am left handed, so I think that is one of the reasons I have a hard time. Also, some people who do tutorials have such an annoying voice or they fool around too much. You get straight to the point and have a calming voice. Than you.

I love these earrings but I loved the part of the kitty hair. I found a hair of my grandpup.... inside the battery chamber of my cellphone! Every time I pull one out of my beading mat I smile. Fur babies make me happy. Thank you for sharing tutorial and kitty story.

Thanks for this pattern! It was much easier to do than I’d expected. A little trick I discovered when I made the second one...if you put your needle through what looks like a hole in the middle of the megatama for the first side, and what looks like a hole at the top for the second side, the meagatamas lay just right! Made it much easier than trying to see if I got them right by trial and error!

I love these. I also had a time with the Magatamas turned right. I started paying attention to the direction of your needle and that made it easier. Mine turned out so pretty and I love all of your stuff. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us. I have attempted designing my own and I know how hard it is. I am a long way from you, lol.

I found a tray very similar to the your but it is heavy plastic. It's the same design and deep sections. I found it in Hobby Lobby in the painting section for $2.99 . It is made by Masters Touch. I love watching and learning from you. Love you and God Bless.
