Wow Mark, these are amazing. I trcycle everything..just sickens me how we treat the earth. I even wash and recycle potato chip bags, All plastic films and take them to a special collection box at my grocery store. I cant wait to make these. Stay safe and well my friend.

Mark, those are WAY COOL! We rarely have large soda bottles so I’ll have to ask a few soda drinking folks to save me some. I can see this as a project for Adam and I so we can have funky fun lanterns to enjoy in our backyard. They actually remind me of when we lived in Hawaii. Definitely putting those markers on my ‘must have’ list right now! Btw, you always amaze me with the ideas you come up with!! xo

I made these today. I wish I could share a picture. There was a bit of learning curve with the heat gun, but the end result is really pretty.

Andrea! I'm so glad you made them! You do need to develop your own technique and some plastics are different, but once you get going, it's really easy!
