One of the easiest tricks I have ever seen. No trophy should be given to anyone who stops time to trick people. The guy literally stopped time and peaked at tellers card then they gave him the trophy??? Absurd! Propestrous! Yet I love it????

@@augusta7864 I took it out of my pocket while Teller shuffled. He continued to shuffle after I placed it on the table, which is why it's a fair edit.

I know it's part of the "magic" and wow factor, but it really does take nerves of steel to invite one of the best and most experienced magicians in the world up on stage and do a truck like that right under his nose. Very clean all the way through, impressive patter and tricks. Really put everyone at ease right before the big moment. Congrats on the trophy, well deserved and an amazing reaction too

I think you are the most genuine reaction of surprise, joy, and humility when they say they fooled you. This was awesome to see. The first two tricks were stacked on top of each other really well and lead teller to come in confident, i'm sure. The last trick I cannot think about how to achieve what I think you did. Well done!

This was just beautiful -- I love tricks with an a-ha moment when the audience for a split second feels something went wrong. I agree, some other magician (a fooler) said they're asked to not say anything after winning, should they win, and I think sometimes there's a fear of reacting? I *LOVED* that Andy reacted and had a major show of gratefulness.

Loved it! Smooth and beautiful! NYC is a great place to do magic. I used to do street magic in Washington Square, and doing card magic on a jiggling subway must be the best practice ever. Well done!

When Penn was going on about each trick, I honestly thought he knew how it was all done. I didn’t expect him to say fool us at the end. That was definitely really cool. Good job! You fooled me too but that’s probably not exciting because I know nothing about magic.☺️

The last trick had a similar impact to one that took a long time to perform, a very famous magician here in the UK had one single card in his top pocket and every time he met someone new he would simply ask..."Name any card"....it took 9 years for someone to say the actual card in his top pocket and it was then produced with impact that left everybody confused and amazed. Andys trick had that same impact. Nice.

I believe he knew what card the top one was because he could read the back of it. Then he had to select out of the envelope the corresponding card. When he reached into the envelope he definitely did not just pull out a sole card from it. He spent a little time finding it.

But that envelope didn't have 52 cards in it, that couldn't be it. It definitely has something to do with the envelope since you're right he did take a while to pull the card out of there.

@@davidcubberly5435 Oh I don't think there were 52 cards. There could be multiple envelopes with smaller number of cards, though it appears that he pulls the envelope out before Teller stopped shuffling. Maybe he replaced the envelope with another after putting it on the table (it didn't appear he did that). Maybe there were just 26 cards, each made of very thin stock, and he had two different presentations depending on which card was chosen. Still doesn't seem like there were 26 cards in there. So, even though it had to have been him choosing the correct card from the envelope, we still don't know what he did. So, we are still fooled.

@@rubbertoad3681 No way that envelope had 26 cards in it.....MAYBE 6-8 cards. Plus the envelope was on the table before Teller finished shuffling or cut to a card. Check at 4:52 mark and forward - envelope is on table and he picks it up with no other moves.
