Well at 1:47 seconds if you will watch at .25 or .5x speed you could spot the folded card at the bottom of the deck in David's left hend and how gracefully he switched the teared card from his right hand and moved the entire deck in his right hand hide the teared card and put the folded card into the hand of the other guy.

For the last week I've been watching all David Blaine videos available, including interviews. This one was definitely the best on the interviewer's part.
