Ha! I picked up Mexican for dinner tonight, too. With it being so cold here I opted for their chicken soup. It never disappoints! Broth base, tons of shredded white chicken, chopped avocado, minimal veggies, rice, and it comes with their fresh salsa and chips. Also three flour tortillas and half of a fresh lime. 😋😋😋

My mom lives in Gardena, she makes the best homemade Mexican food (homemade from any mom is always the best)!.. My mom also has a huge Avocado tree in her backyard, she makes great Guacamole or just slices them up to put in sandwiches or salads. Gardena has the best local made food in town, if you can, check our Lemoli’s Italian restaurant, Josie’s Mexican food, Guilano’s Italian deli, and The Pan. Gardena is also known for being a Japanese community, so there’s local Japanese restaurants and also Chinese and Korean restaurants too. There’s several other local places to check out. Now I’m so hungry for Mexican food! I’ll have to wait, it’s way past my bed time! 😁
