The two most emotionally intense experiences in modern music-- Magna playing MDC and the double trio version of King Crimson. I heard Magma at their first UK show, unleashed on a totally unexpecting audience at the Roundhouse in London, then a week later in the Marquee Club: and King Crimson in 1999 in the House of Blues on Sunset Boulevard in LA. Both were mind melting.

46 ans après, c'est toujours une merveille à écouter. Peu de groupes peuvent se permettre de telle performances sur une aussi longue période.👏

des noms! j'ai beau faire le tour de tous les batteurs "world around", aucun ne peut prétendre à une telle longévité dans l'exception: Cobham est aux fraises, Chambers ressemble à un vieux canasson à oeillères, Weckl ressasse (fort bien) ses "skills", Bruford a jeté les ponges depuis burette, Covington a commencé bien après, ainsi que le génial Haake ou le non moins génial Colaiuta; brèfle le Kiki est le GOAT, et ça ne discute même pas.

J'y étais à ce concert et je découvre cette vidéo 46 ans après ! Quelle agréable surprise ! Merci pour le partage. La même année, j''ai vu Pink Floyd le 25 janvier au Pavillon de Paris. Je n'avais pas encore 18 ans. De grands moments.

it came from the INA archives,i bought a dvd copy years ago from a guy on the internet,the dvd copy had the pixelation too and i don’t have it anymore thanks to humidity damaging it so this is as good as it gets for now until INA releases a cleaner copy one day
