Gosh what a lot you cleared there. I particularly liked the Deluxe trolly 😂. Just a suggestion, it maybe helpful to have a bucket of water on the bank to rinse thing and your gloves, also reduces your odds of falling in!! Keep up the good work & love to camera lady. Xx

I unfortunately live where this end section on canal is and it has been used a bin for the past 40 years and never gets cleaned ever the council takes millions on stolen money from every single individual and use it to sanction your underwear use. !

I think George read out the word Hellenic from that ID Card. If thats correct it will be a Greek National Identity Card. It sounds like it might have been a student studying here. Hellenic is definitely Greece and Classical Greek language is script not unlike Russian or Eastern European, it's a completely different alphabet to English.

Hello George, Regarding the ID card with the word Helenic on it, that would definitely indicate of Greek origin. The other cards you fished up earlier from the box included a cheque guarantee card, which you don't see very often nowadays. As far as the scooters, well a few years back it seemed most children had those scooters until the electric scooter became the thing, so they became redundant and nobody wanted them. 👍

Thank you for your comment, yes we did have some great finds that day! So good in fact that the pile of scrap we left for the scrap man was stolen. So glad we don't have Smellivision..lol I have a question. When you scrap the metal do you have to strip all the wires and any plastic off first. On an average how well does it pay.. Not that I am intending to do this but just curious Sorry to have missed Fathers Day for you, but you seem to be such a care and patient father.. You spend a lot of time with your son, teaching him about so many things.. So you deserve a great year of Fathering... Georgie that means you respect and honor..NO MISCHIEFNESS..😄

Hi Beth no you don’t have to strip all plastics off etc.. Scrap prices are high right now so it’s worth quite a lot. We personally don’t scrap our metal ourselves as we don’t have the time. We arrange for ours to be collected by a scrap metal merchant who takes it away to be recycled. Hope you enjoyed the video 😊

Another video of fantastic finds!! Although I cant imagine how bad the smell from that sludge is. Lots of scooters, gardening tools, and building tools that could use a bit of a rinse and would be perfect to add to the toolbox. That's a very nice bike you found George. You should make a bar with a line of magnets across it and have heavy use rope on both sides to use to grid the water and grab the heavier object without snapping off. You can adapt a hand or power winch or some kind of tripod pulley to get the object to come up out of the muck then drag it with all the power from the magnet bar. A bar line of magnets would make it so you don't have to check the same place more than twice.

We are learning about pay to use “trolleys” here in USA. Aldi uses the American quarter, in Italy it was their the 5 cent coin. Kids have learned to get the carts left in the parking lot and get the quarters.
