Nice lecture man Mam it is request to you how to prove that For a fluid rotating at a constant angular velocity about vertical axis as a rigid body, the pressure intensity varies as the square of the radial distance.?

Thank you for enjoying our videos! We're happy to hear that you're finding them educational. As for your question, that is a great one! The answer has to do with the fact that the pressure of a fluid decreases with increasing altitude. This is why we see a decrease in pressure as we move up a fluid's container. When a fluid rotates, the centrifugal force acts outwards on the fluid. This creates a pressure gradient, with the pressure increasing at the outer edge of the fluid and decreasing at the inner edge. The pressure difference creates a shear force on the fluid, which opposes the rotation.
