Teaching things like this is very dangerous. I found this video while I was searching for info on how to stop uncontrollably fantasising about someone I barely even know. This is really making life difficult for me, because I can barely focus on my own life and I build these unrealistic images of people. Sometimes I imagine I have telepathic connections with these people, without it really happening. It even makes me hear voices. I went through years of false twinflame journey of pain and suffering because of this. Which is the reason I finally am struggling to break free and to get a life for myself first.

First, I'll admit that I do feel something for her. She was part of my manifestation efforts (and still sorta is, even though I've decided that I've done the work I needed for that). I have her number and have her on facebook, and that's it. I actively avoid looking at her page, and quickly scroll away when I see her picture, anything she's posted, etc. The last time I spoke to her was when I wished her a happy new year, and just backed off. So I have this strong soul connection with this guy who was my best friend when we were kids. We love the same things, laugh at the same things, he's just so sweet and I could always see him for who he was in his soul. I fell in love with him and I was hung up on him for 10 years, but it was unrequited because he liked my best friend who it was requited by (even tho they barely spoke and when they started dating it quickly fizzled out). When ever we spoke I was in awe of his beauty, but his life became depressing and he changed. He didn't laugh anymore, and he never actually gave me an answer. It was painful but there's a strong part of me that didn't care I would love him for the rest of my life, I can never get that piece of my heart back tho he never accepted it. When ever we touched hands or anything there's be this electricity, one time we both felt it and it made me want to be near him more and it made him run away and avoid me. Now, we don't talk. We aren't really friends. I think abt him from time to time, and usually because his higher self comes to me in dreams. It brings up the obsessive thinking I had when I was a kid. I even felt as if recently he consciously sent me a telepathic message because we were so linked and I sent back something. He's younger than me, and I know he's going through his awakening journey. And I've wished for the longest time we could be friends. It's painful not having him in my life. And I still cry about it sometimes, because the connection felt eternal. Yes Ty because this persons energy attracted me back in 2016. It was so strong, so attractive to me that I can’t keep her out of my mind. I see her everywhere I go because she is famous. Somehow she showed me who I am and she makes me a better person. I don’t try to think about her but because of who I am and the answer I always seek she is just there as a constant thought because she is everywhere. Yes !!! The craziest feeling we didn’t even personally meet 40+ years not once have I had such an impact to my soul that night the vibes spiritually connection. I just went through EMOTIONAL HELL over a woman I had fallen in love with. I am not a young man so I never imagined that something like this could happen or even existed. I fell in love with her not even realizing what had happened. I realized it when something happened that made me extremely jealous. I thought she was into me also, that we were both interested in getting to get to know each other more. She flirted with me in a very convincing way. Her eyes were not only beautiful but I trusted them completely because they seemed so genuinely honest, and into me. It felt like she penetrated my shell and went straight into my soul. I got mad at her because I felt genuinely betrayed and I told her I thought she was a fake and I didn't want to see her anymore. Then I couldn't stop thinking about her. My love for her grew so strong that I thought there was something "real" and "meaningful" going on here and it would be a mistake to let her go. I honestly thought this intense, obsessive love for her was my INTUITION, my SPIRITUAL SELF that told me to go back, confess my love for her, that I wanted to make her happy, blah, blah, blah. I pursued her for about another six months completely falling for her flirting (and she flirted like a pro), buying her gifts to let her know I was thinking about her, etc. I completely ignored all the Red Flags. I didn't want to think her so much, because it was so distracting. But I couldn't stop thinking about her all the time; totally, vulnerably in love. I knew what a SIMP was but contrary to that I thought I was keeping in line with honestly, integrity and good character. Not be a bullshiter or playing games. It all came to an end when I realized she was just manipulating and leading me on all along. So I ended it. whatever "it" was.
