@@unknown_8588 Thanks, I am now on episode 31. She WAS the good part. When they switched to that Beren Saat girl, things went downhill. I had to wade through too many episodes with her in it. The first actress was 1,000x better. Finally I am at the good part where they switched actresses again.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. I watch the whole Sultan Suleyman in Spanish and it was so romantic. I loved how they capture the body language expresión and the language of that era. The Kosem series in Spanish totally lost the magic, plus they made the episodes only 30 to 35 minutes. This original version with English subtitles is awesome. I’m hooked again 😂😂😂

There is no series covering the 38 years or so between Sultan Süleyman's death and Sultan Ahmed's enthronement. Unfortunately. I would have preferred continuity as well. But maybe they wanted a fresh start with a whole different cast or something. It can be hard, to keep people on board over many seasons of a series. They want to persue different projects or ask for higher pay, as their original contracts are fullfilled and they can negotiate as better known actors, now. Happens all the time.
