He had the best WWE promos during the Backlund Championship years (which was before Hulkamania took over). I loved his promos when I was a kid as we had limited access to NWA Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes in the NY area back then. Ahhh what memories!!!

John LeValley A lot of wrestlers put on slight southern type accents that sound like Al Pacino’s in the movie. A lot of them sound like Sanford and Son.
