I can help with the proper organization, and even hosting the show. the judges were placed poorly, MC needed training and performers needed prepping and stage appearance division. However, I loved the raw talents. All Tri-star needed was a hug to bring her back into the game.

The judges need to be somewhere more exclusive not just in the background like backup singers, as a top producer there should be more constructive criticism not just "yah bad artist still". talented individuals the show just needs more structure but good way to start something new I love it. Voting for a winner doesn't make sense the judges should be given the task to identify and decide who has the most potential and raw talent, voting should be for the top 4.
