In this game, Magnus Carlsen shows little to no respect and executes a nice kingside attack vs Pepe Cuenca.
The video shows the centipawn loss for the last move and the current centipawn loss for the whole game (average) per player. Centipawn loss equals the difference of a certain move to the best computer move. With these values you can compare the accuracy of the players in that game.
The best next move is also always showed, which can help to improve your chess.

Excellent channel and a quite new one. There are two top players. Like Pepe Cuenca as well.

Yes, it looks easy how the white pawns roll towards the black king, but one should not forget Pepe Cuenca also is a grandmaster

What engine are you using to determine the best move? Also the centispawn is useless. Better if you just put a stockfish eval bar to show whos winning.

Stockfish is used. I agree the cpl number is a mix of the strength of the moves and the complexity of the game, not only a pure measurement of strength. So different games can't easily be compared. I still consider it interesting

Why he didnt play e6 with his cav at 2min6 ?

That is what I would have played, too - leads to a better position for white. He prefers to develop the kingside attack

@@chessknight617 It doesn't seem obvious to me, but I'm not a GM 😂

It gives him material advantage but breaks his attack. The knight is central to white's attack on the black king.

thought the same thing. But these guys once they are set for a plan, they do not want to change I guess.

This centipawn loss board is the worst idea I've seen, by far (in the context of displaying chess engine evaluations for an ongoing game - there are worse ideas in the world, but they're out of this category)
