In today’s video I do an accuracy test on the Magnus Stinger Buzzcut 2 blade 150 grain broadhead. For this test I’m shooting my Hoyt Alpha X 30 set at 29” of draw length and 72 lbs of draw weight. For arrows I’m using the Gemini from Sirius Archery in a 250 spine coming in at 540 grains total arrow weight. For this test I shoot 2 arrows from a distance of 50 yards, 1 field and 1 broadhead. Then I compare their impacts to one another on target to see whether I’d consider them field point accurate. There’s a ton a variables that could play into this I’m aware of but for the record my bow/bows are tuned very well and I have good form and both those things make a huge difference. Plus Magnus goes above and beyond I’m making sure there heads are dialed in from the tip to the centerline of the ferrule before they leave the factory.
