Okay, the Sirens - specifically, Adagio - are tied with King Sombra for my favorite villain of FiM, mainly because she's legitimately the scariest of all 8 thus far. And this song is definitely fitting for her and the sirens. How do I describe this......"Enchantingly haunting." I like it. (Wish I could add this to the "good song" count for the Princess Trixie Sparkle thing.)

I imagine an alternate version of Gen 5 where the walls were destroyed and this led to a war with Unicorns, Earth ponies and Pegasi, declared by Sprout. I made up a character called Chryonica. She’s the leader of the windigos. And when she finds the war going on, she leads her troops to feed on the hate and freeze Equestria. While that happens, she sings a windigo version of this song, telling the ponies of the war that no one can stop them. It’s up to the mane 5 to stop the windigos and stop the war.

Part of what makes the Sirens here dangerous is that they team up and combine their powers for a common goal. I wonder if Grogar saw their actions and opted to follow their example by forming the alliance of evil in Season 9? I wouldn't be surprised. Frankly, if Aria Blaze learned of Grogar's plan, she'd likely scoff and sarcastically say "Gee, REAL original plan there goat boy..... My sisters and I were using that plan to get things done while you were cowering in a cave somewhere.....".

Of course, they would've done what Sombra did, reject his authority plus they would've driven Grogar, Tirek and Chrysalis nuts with their antics. I imagine Sonata Dusk and Cozy Glow becoming friends though in a sisterly relationship.
