Xiao been able to teleport anywhere by himself is a bit op. Instead you could have him be able to teleport to any place near him with a few seconds cool down. It'll be like a second skill

If they did give xiao teleportation that would make the cooldown high on purpose, it would just remove the purpose of needing waypoints, unless they also make it to where it’s only a fixed distance you could teleport

I don’t have Kokomi but I used her burst when I played her story quest and I wish it lasted long, or maybe if she just runs into the water, she will swim, but like Mona/Ayaka, if she sprints to the water she can run on it without disappearing into water/ice and reappearing or maybe just give her a passive talent of walking on water no matter what, then people would actually pull for her. Idk why so many people hate Kokomi.
