I do understand it might not have been the best airline you've travelled with. But i hope you understand that people in different cultures are just different. People in my country aren't used to the vloging life. I seriously don't understand people commenting here and judging iranians only with one video regarding an airline travel. Banafsheh Khani - There’s a LOT of Persians & Iranians in the US and they’re usually fine citizens. I personally think the Iranian government leaves something to be desired, and I doubt most Iranians would disagree with me. If the people ever manage to throw out the Quran-thumping, Arab-wannabes that run your country, Iran will be a regional and economic powerhouse. Persian culture is rich and (traditionally) values tolerance & education, at least compared to its more backwards neighbors. The fact that Iranians can keep 707s in the air with NO Western help shows how smart & resourceful they are. The Saudis certainly wouldn’t be doing that. - Peace from an American

Sad to see Iranian airlines operating under crumbling pressure of sanctions with outdated planes. Once Iran Air was fastest growing airline in the world with safety record only second to Qantas. On late seventies world record for the longest flight belonged to Iran Air for its non-stop flight from Tehran to New York.

Dear Sam . I have seen plenty of your videos . They are amazing . But this one it was a great surprise for me because of the ex OLYMPIC AIRWAYS A-340-300 . I used to work as an aircraft engineer at OLYMPIC AIRWAYS from 1984 up to 2009 that ceased operations . It was a great time , great school and I'm very proud that I was a part of this great airline . I'm still active engineer and my newest aircraft license is B-787 family ......since .my first one was B-707 !!!

You can not find this airline ticket in google becaude of sanctiob. But you can buy iys ticket on its website. Www.Mahan.aero And i make several video from interior design.

@truth teller like any job they will not make a lot at the start. They are part of a union. Eventually they do very well. My cousin was one. plus free travel and room and board. As far as one flight attendant being nicer than other. I seriously doubt the women that are Asian airlines have much freedom. Notice they always have to hold that smile no matter what. Also easier to control. Ask the Emirates cabin crews.

I don't travel a lot but when I do, I never had a bad experience with airlines in the Americas except Air Canada Rouge. Asian airlines are also good too such as Singapore Airlines.

It's so sad to see all these A340-600s go away from the big carriers. Lufthansa A340-600 was the best cabin you could imagine. I flew maybe 20 times on it. I gotta say, I've never seen an A343 climb out that fast. The Iranians must have found a way to tune this thing a bit ;)

@butter lander if empty maybe. I flew on it many times and spent some times in the lufthansa sim. I've never seen climb rates over 2500 fpm if even that.

I am christian and have been informed the Abraham the hebrew of the Scriptures was from Iran. Small world. We all really are one and I think you managed to convey this in this vlog. Sam... Would you make a review about the A220 (former CS300) flying from Riga to Abu Dhabi? It is the newest plane in Airbus and claims to be the most confortable single aisle in the market. Riga to Abu Dhabi is one of the largest routes for a plane that is designed for short and medium haul routes.

It's because the flight attendants are not employed based on their capabilities in Iran, rather based on how much Iman and Efaf they have haha! They tend to be old, and uneducated! The hostility is somewhat related to majority of Iranian women! It's an epidemic problem amongst them!
