IPS अफसर को जीवन में भले सुख सुविधाओं की कमी ना हो लेकिन चैलेंज भी भरपूर हैं. अगर अफसर महिला हो तो चुनौतियों दोगुनी हो जाती हैं. इस बार 'पढ़ाकू नितिन' में मिलिए मीरां चड्ढा बोरवनकर से जो महाराष्ट्र की पहली महिला एसपी और कमिश्नर रहीं. उन्होंने क्राइम ब्रांच से लेकर प्रदेश के जेलों तक की ज़िम्मेदारी संभाली, वो भी ऐसे वक्त में जब आतंकी कसाब और याकूब मेमन की फांसी हुई. उनके करियर में खूब दिलचस्प घटनाएं घटी हैं और वही 'पढ़ाकू नितिन' के इस पॉडकास्ट में सुनिएगा.

I can understand Meera Madam's comments. Lady officer is not usually accepeted as a leader in certain tough jobs. But women are equally tough, brave just like men

wonderful conversation. not even for a single minute that I skipped or bored. Thanks a Salute to Meera Ji. Actually it was Meeraji every word that kept me going. Host was more sarcastic. Host should understand whom he is talkiong to, she is not celebrity or any politician. respect to police and armed forces should come from within, the words follow them.

Meera mam has deep and balanced understanding of life. She says Job bhi karna hai, Family bhi dekhni hai, Khush bhi rahna hai. A person with understanding of art of living can be good human and performing officer. Good episode.

Don't mind, first five minutes wasted by the anchor, while talking his philosophy and after that saying that he read about her and he know about her and asking her how she feel while interviewing, just like Kapil Sharma in his comedy often said to actors, (should have not been pointed out such embarrassing words). Further narration were to be made by the officer herself. Anyhow salute to respected Madam who faced the reality and explained the sequences happened during her service as an IPS officer.

Everyone is hero in his own story. But in reality female officers aare very rude. Khudki manmani karni hoti hai. Dusaro ki sun ke nahi leti. Khud kaam kam karna dusaro pe orders jada chodna. Specific security forces ke bare me bol raha hu. Baki jagah ka experience nahi hai. Waha behtar bhi ho sakti hai.
