I'm an LA-raised Indian-American, so this is cool to see. My family is 3 generations deep in LA, but we still maintain our Maratha and Indian culture, while also loving, respecting and fully joining the rest of our American friends and family in California.

Absolutely, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj also first indian emperor after mughal invasion who established Naval forces in India. Even east india company has to surrender against Indian naval forces at times because of Raje's futuristic vision. This is the reason he is also called as "Founder of Indian Navy" Jay Bhawani Jay Shivaji

Swaraj India is an awesome food truck in Milpitas serving authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. Tambda rassa and Kolhapuri Chicken is just amazing. I always visit them whenever I am in the Bay area.

Maharashtrian Nonveg food is the best... Marathas make very thin mutton curry and chicken curry called rassa...also kala masala dishes and kharda mutton of green chiili.

We dont have food trucks in NC except at events and fairs.... No Indian,,mostly hispanic food,, I loved to eat indian street food when ever I am in India (Punjab)...SF has so many cultures... We had a similar street-food truck nearby our shopping mall called “Pavillion Dosa and Deli” but offering South-Indian street food instead. Was DELICIOUS. 🤤 But they stopped now. ☹️ There is not much demand for South Indian street food unfortunately in our City… It would be great to have some more Indian Street-food Trucks around! I love Pav Bhaji 🤤😍 Great video guys!

Bro Swaraj means free state or state ruled by its people. And this name "swaraj" is given by Chatrapati Shivaji maharaj to his kingdom which later became maratha kingdom which ruled over more than half of india at it's peak. Also his vision was not only limited to maharashtra but to free entire india from mughals.
