Notice how selective he is in how intense or subtle he reveals himself. He's very mindful of not scaring people carrying babies and he's very careful with elderly as well. I love how the little girl at 9:47 is so hesitant like, "Should I sit next to this statue? I know he's probably a real person... Ah, what the heck." And she just goes for it lol. Faced her fears!
