You can see how much respect Mahershala Ali has for Viggo. I get it. He has such an awe inspiring personality... like he was made to keep people engaged when he speaks. I can only imagine how it must be to become friendly with him. Such an interesting guy 😊

I loved Rami’s performance, not necessarily as Freddie, but just on his pure talent. But daaamn it man, Viggo is on another level alltogether. Him and Willem deserve to take that gold home.

I know this movie was not received well by the Shirley family but I found it to be a exceptional story of understanding, love and friendship. I definitely saw Don Shirley as the hero in this film. Wonderful just wonderful.

Funny fact: in movie the chracter played by Ali speaks 8 lnguages, in real life Viggo speaks fluently seven.

I loved both The Favourite and Roma and wanted either to win, but it's hard to be sad or mad my favorite film didn't win when these two guys are so likeable. Congratulations to Green Book. A really sweet film.

I met viggo when I was 15 and he did the movie a walk on the moon. Hes an awesome super nice person. Really gets into his roles. On a walk on the moon he played a hippie. He would just walk around with the extras dressed and acting like a hippie. This movie was awesome. I saw it twice in the first week it came out.

really good movie, i really enjoyed it , and i like that it had more than special effects and action ... and it really nails the sick atttitude of the American South ... and a lot of it is still like that. I lived there briefly and I felt the real heroes are the people who have to live among that and do it with dignity and grace amongst what are basically neanderthal idiots.

Knew Tony Lip in the 80s ...two plays together and helped him prep for auditions and some parts. There's more to Tony than is represented in this film.
