After you send your application where you should go? Here we have VFS in our country but Finish embassy in Turkey, so i should go to VFS or turkey and give them the documents? They will do interview that day or you have to go another time?

If VFS takes the documents on behalf of Finnish embassy, then you need to make appointment to VFS. Then VFS will tell you if you need to visit Embassy of Finland. If VFS doesn't work for Finnish embassy in your country, you need to contact Embassy of Finland for the appointment and application submission in Turkey.

Hi, Is it ok to show money transfer to join account of spouse and applicant? Also the visa officer will reject the visa if the spouse has less english knowledge. In case spouse cannot manage interview with them.

Hi. Congratulations to you for getting admission in Haaga-helia. I know some students got appointment, but I don't have any contact of them. 1. Make a good explanation before you face embassy. of course, you can come up with good points as you mentioned that you are working, so this is a valid point. 2. residence permit does not depend on working experience.

I have completed my high schooling from Pearson Edexcel , O levels in 2020 and A levels in 2023. My questions are :- 1) During application, do we submit them scanned copies or original copies of certificates? 2) Also, during vfs, do we need to show them my original certificate, or the photocopy is enough? Actually, my O-levels certificate has been mistakenly laminated 3 years back .Before laminating, I made a photocopy of the certificate. At that time, i was not aware of the consequences of it. Now im concerned whether or not this will be accepted as original or if it will be considered fake?

It is not mandatory to have sponsor. But if your savings do not cover the expenses of your whole academic period, better to have a sponsor who can support in future.

If your degree is 2 years and you are showing 1 year living costs in your account, in this case it is safe side if you have a sponsor who can support you for next academic year.

I think a affidavit would be good solution for this. So your sponsor can write that they will sponsor you for your next academic year. And they don't need to show bank account in this circumstance. But everything depends on migri, be always prepared that immigration could ask bank statement from your sponsor.

Interview depends what type of job contract you got. If it is a restaurant job, they will ask questions regarding food. If you don't know English, you can ask for translator from Finnish embassy. I recommend to go with English if you understand English. I can't answer if you get visa or not.

Hi. I never followed Finnish resume style. Sometimes different universities could ask Europass CV, but I always followed what looks good as a resume and I also recommend others to follow that. You can use canva.com to look for good style resume.

There is no such statistics. If your documents are solid and you have required Living cost in your account, I am sure both applicant and spouse will get visa.

If you want to apply for 2 years residence permit, you need to show 2 years living costs. If you want to apply for 2 years residence permit, the length of your degree program must be 2 years or more. If your degree program is 2 or above, you can apply for residence permit either 1 year or 2 years. This is the law and it depends on you completely.

This is not negative of course. But you need to prepare this early enough. Do not answer directly that you will try to find a job in Finland. You can be more creative, for example, you can say: "After completing my study I want to contribute to the Finnish economy. I also want to help developing the economy of my own country. I will try to look for job in EU and Finland, hopefully I will make small impact on my field" You need to come up with such kind of appropriate answer.
