Making Lychee juice is popular right now. It is well liked by the new generation and this is perfect with nata de coco. This thirst quencher is ideal for Summer or hot weather. This is more desirable if frozen so make this an ice pop.
ingredients:
2 liters water
2-3 sachet Lychee powdered juice(more if preferred)
900g nata de coco(more or less)
1/2 cup white sugar(optional)
a drop of red food color(optional)
