I believe you got zero knwldge in cakes and baking. Because ethilum simple aayite ani vera onne ella. Usually icing is done by whipping a lot, even butter cream icing aayalum u need to whip to get stiff peaks, evida no whipping, no beating Nthng. Within 3 to 5 min the icing is ready. While making pastry cakes, it is always better to put butter paper or parchment paper. This cake is very moist too.
