I believe you got zero knwldge in cakes and baking. Because ethilum simple aayite ani vera onne ella. Usually icing is done by whipping a lot, even butter cream icing aayalum u need to whip to get stiff peaks, evida no whipping, no beating Nthng. Within 3 to 5 min the icing is ready. Ethilum simple ani ninghal udeshikunate entha enn diavathinum matramey help cheyyan patoolum 😂

Hi Mahima, Thanks for the recipe.I tried it & taste was amazing❤ .Only thing was cake got stuck at the bottom of the tray. I used the same quantity as mentioned on the instructions but instead of butter paper I applied butter on the tray.Any idea why it happened ?

While making pastry cakes, it is always better to put butter paper or parchment paper. This cake is very moist too.
