Customer service does not exist in our country. Thats why its so unreliable to take decisions of buying a car from company like Mahindra. I am really sad to hear what happened with this brother. I can understand the pain he is going through..... Mahindra > If you have slightest of sense and you want to retain your customers, please make sure you give the service centre contracts to only genuine and educated personnels who have got a heart for customers else the day is not so far when people would kick your ass.

Irrespective of Scorpio, xuv700 or xuv500 the service manager literally forces the customer to give the highest rating . Customer service people always asks the customer not to give any negative feedback to the mahindra core team during the feedback call.

Sar ek request hai aapse. Thoda Toyota high cross ya Maruti in vitro ka bhi video banaaiye. Toyota company kahati hai ki 2 sal Tak ham booking nahin le sakte. Kyunki booking bahut jyada unko mil gai hai. Lekin mera manana hai ki yah sach nahin hai. Kyunki Aaj bhi road per high cross ya invicto itni nahin dikhti hai road per.

Greetings Kuldeep sir, Big fan of ur videos and after watching your vlogs, I too have decided to go for scorpioN Z4 D AT. There is an issue with Z4 that whenever accidentally any door is open and we lock the vehicle, the indicators flash 5 times, but not the buzzer (horn in this case). So as per manual to activate buzzer I pressed lock+unlock button simultaneously, the horn honked once, and after that to check I tried to lock with a door open, and the horn honked 5 times along with the indicators (great). But after sometime it again got muted automatically. So may be this is an software glitch. Due to which there is no sound buzzer to remind that any door is open during central locking. I guess this may be the same issue with your Z4 too. Can we do anything about it.

Hello Kaushik Ji, I am experiencing an issue with my Scorpio N and Z4 diesel manual. Due to the rainy season, fog accumulates on the outer windshield front mirror. I have tried using the defogger and adjusting the temperature to both cold and hot, but the fog does not clear without using the wiper. Additionally, fog accumulates on both side mirrors, and I have to move the side mirrors up and down to remove it. Kindly help with valuable information based on your experience. Thank you☺️

Kaushik ji, pls ask this gentleman to get steering calibrated from Mahindra. My steering was offset. Alignment was okay yet the steering could not be centred mechanically. If car is not drifting in one direction, probably steering needs to be calibrated and centred electronically. My car has this issue and got resolved in one visit when i took my car for first 1000 km service.

Sir maine Scorpio N Select AT Petrol order ki thi April main.. booking k next din showroom se booking confirmation mail aayi this jisme waiting 7-9 weeks tha.. 10 week se zyada ho gaye lekin abhi tak car deliver nahi ki.. koi date nahi bata rahe.. bol rahe hai 2 - 2.5 mahine aur lagenge..meri 1 car thi wo bhi bikwa di.. samjh nahi aa rah kya karu aur Mahindra wale 2 - 2.5 mahine main car de denge iski bhi kya guarantee.. Maine unse bola ki apne meri car kisi aur ko de di hai lagta hai to bole aisa possible nahi hai.. tell me Sir what can I do about it??

When truck manufacturers in a developing country become passenger car manufacturers there are consequences. Car customer is far more educated highly quality conscious and has expectations. Not just Mahindra even Tata suffers similar quality of service issues. I have been buying cars of American , Japanese and European origin and have never had anywhere near this kind of experience. I had veered towards bringing in a 4x4 Scorpion to go to remote places without attracting too much attention in this vehicle but after hearing this sordid story I am shocked, deeply discouraged and calling off the purchase. I give credit to your neutral presentation of facts. It seems product improvement, if any, is on customer expense at Mahindra.
