2 жыл бұрынKeran is India’s last village - sitting on the banks of the Kishan Ganga river that separates India and PoK. In this video, we drive the Mahindra Thar from Jammu to Keran via Srinagar. This village is very remote and getting there isn’t easy, which is why the Thar was the perfect SUV for the job. With beautiful landscapes and warm people, Keran is certainly a place you want to visit!

Extremely stunning place. I had personally Visited keran village in winters which was in my bucket list since long ... !!!!! This place has everything what you can think of ....Beautiful & scenic view... nice people .... homestay ......and above all adventurous ride.... Keran village is must visit specially in winters.... !!!!!

Keran village is truly a blessing for the adrenaline junkies. Right from the adventurous road which leads to the village to the amazing homestays available here, this place offers a thrilling experience of exploring the Kashmiri wilderness while being so close to the Loc. The mesmerizing winter landscape of this region makes it a perfect choice for the offbeat winter explorers and trekkers.

Thank you for exploring such a far-flung area of Kashmir. Im a resident of Keran Valley, there are much more places in keran that are yet to be known to the outside world. It's a dream place for offroad adventurers.

"If there is a heaven on Earth ,it's here".Scenic drives with beautiful roads,incredible natural pristine beauty surrounded by snow clad mountains,gurling Kishanganga river and warm hospitality extended by the locals of Keran during stay is worth a praise.

Keran is a beautiful place which lies on the banks of pristine Kishanganga River. You can book a cab from Srinagar Airport for Keran which passes through Kupwara(all along the Apple and Peach orchards). Keran is open for tourism throughout the year. People are most hospitable and warm hearted who are looking for tourists to come and visit their beautiful place. Home stays are abundant and local cuisines are mouth watering. Place is rich in culture and history and shares a traditional border with our neighbours who are sitting a stone throw away. Place is absolutely safe as our neighbours also have thousands of tourists including foreigners visiting every year. So guys if you’re looking for an adventure and a new experience visiting Keran is something on your bucket list.

the stunning valley of Keran, located on the extreme border of India and a stone's throw away from the line of control, is perfect for the wanderlust of mankind.. scenic mountains, serene Kishan Ganga river and the picturesque Keran village have to be experienced first-hand to feel this paradise on earth.. as someone has said, come leave your footprints and take away blissful memories..

A quite and a serene place to be in all 12 months of the year. Was fortunate enough to spend 5 days here. Wonderful experience. People are welcoming and in actuals interested in people not phones and social media, so you really feel welcome here. I'm not Amitabh Bachchan but "AAO GUZARO KUCH DIN KERAN ME"

Save for a few patches, the roads in the region are quite good. You could drive there in your everyday car, provided you exercise some caution over the rough bits

This place is an ideal spot for people who seek calm environment for a vacation that keeps them away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolitan. Besides being immensely close to Mother Nature one can also witness the welcoming nature of the people of kashmir. Our experience in kashmir was very different. Lots of people who are not just rude but also always on the lookout to either cheat you or overcharge. I guess not very different from any other tourist trap but kashmir was one of the most unwelcoming place i have ever been to. especially Srinagar, the only thing on their mind is money and how to extract the most out of tourists while they can.

Keran is a village in kupwara district,jammu&kashmir, it is in the neelum valley on the banks of neelam (kishan ganga) river.the village lies on the line of control (LOC).

these films are made in a very low and sad state .. mostly only for sponsorship ... the essence is so not present of the actual drive to keran .. standalone vloggers make better films than these so called channels ...nothing wrong in it .. just that .. it looks very half hearted ... my opinion i could be very wrong ....

@@sirishch hi sirish ...sorry if that rubbed you the wrong way ..but my point is when the title reads something as" last village on the border "... the expectations are of more real journey details... like actual driving footages the drive experience .. this was cut up and made very short ..... u can say that growing up watching top gear does put the bar high .. maybe m wrong but ..like how u guys do car reviews its good.. in depth the feel of the video comes alive ...sorry to give an example ..and no im not a fanboy .. but watch the channel called DCV....His videos takes you on a journey with him....this sadly looked videos taken on the move stitched together with some editing and music ....now please dont take me wrong as a stand alone video it might very well do ..put the added zest which got conveyed to me after i read the heading didnt really translate in the actual video...and evo is a big team .. the potential is huge .....the effort put m sure is very sincere .. seen through glass a uk channel ...makes amazing videos ....i just want an Indian channel do something similar ...wish you many more amazing videos and a great future ....
