The Mahindra XUV700 is a mid-size SUV that was launched in India in August 2021. It is available in five, six and seven seater configurations. It rivals the likes of Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, Kia Seltos and MG Hector.
The XUV700 is offered with two engine options: a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 200bhp and 380Nm of torque, and a 2.2-litre diesel engine that comes in two states of tune - 155bhp and 360Nm of torque, or 185bhp and 420Nm of torque. Both engines are available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The XUV700 is packed with features, including a large touchscreen infotainment system with built-in Alexa support, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, and a driver drowsiness detection system. It has also received a 5-star rating in Global NCAP crash tests.
The Mahindra XUV700's price starts from ₹ 13.99 Lakh and goes upto ₹ 26.99 Lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It is offered in three broad trims: MX, Luxury Pack, and AX. The AX trim further branches out into three sub-variants: AX3, AX5, and AX7. The Mahindra XUV700 comes in five colour choices: Everest White, Midnight Black, Napoli Black, Dazzling Silver, Red Rage. All the existing colours, including Electric Blue, are offered in dual-tone variants with a Napoli black roof.
