This cello ensemble arrangement of the famous Adagietto from Symphony No. 5 of Gustav Mahler was commissioned by the Belgium Cello Society in 2020 to be premiered on 11th October 2020 at the Brussels Cello Festival Closing Concert, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the United Nations and the 100th anniversary of the creation of the Pau Casals Orchestra.
