Thumbnails have not been reliable for a long time now. The spa doesn’t control the thumbnail. You have to click on the video and decide if it seems worth watching.

Actually these tiny cuts leave much less damage than squeezing. Squeezing causes bruising and can burst capillaries. It also hurts so much more than these tiny pin pricks. You have to remember how zoomed in these videos are.

Can you link us a video how you do it? You seem to know how it should be done with your criticism.

And squeezing whiteheads (which most of these are/were)without making the pore opening large enough can burst it ,pushing the sebum, keratin +any bacteria present into the surrounding tissues This then causes inflammation and possible infection leading to spots, spots which can/do cause scarring One of the reasons acne sufferers used to be told not to squeeze ,that it would make things worse

These people have this done repeatedly. Do you see scars from the knife on their face? Nope. I've seen this done in person. There is very little damage to the skin from the knife. Squeezing with the fingers causes more damage.
